Many of the coach training initiatives we undertake in both public and private sector organisations are part of larger OD initiatives to implement coaching as a style of management.

We’ve worked extensively in a number of NHS trusts to do just this. A recent commission involved us developing advanced in-house coaches, who then formed part of an internal coaching resource. We then worked to develop line managers to utilise coaching as an ‘anytime’ or ‘coaching on the go’ style of management.
