At Developing Success we are passionate about the coaching approach and use a psychological approach in the work we do. Gestalt, transactional analysis, and relational coaching methodology form the basis of our approach which involves raising awareness to stimulate change. We do not just work at a transactional level. Rather we encourage work at a deeper level, and this has the potential to deliver transformational changes for individuals and in the workplace.
We coach clients from first line management through to the Board Room, in Public, Private and Not for Profit sectors. Bringing a systemic approach to our work is important to allow our clients to fully appreciate the tensions of working in their organisational system.
We offer executive coaching both in person and virtually via Zoom.
“I would highly recommend Rebecca as a coach. She worked with me at a significant crossroads in my career and was able to help me more fully understand the position I was in and explore the basis for making decisions about my next steps. My coaching relationship with her was one in which I felt very supported but also appropriately and intelligently challenged about the approach I was currently adopting. Most importantly, I was able to reach a position where I could move forward with confidence- as a consequence my coaching experience has left me in both a happier and more professionally rewarding place!”
“Sue’s insight, learning and experience combine to provide a powerful source of support over the full range of coaching approaches and activities. I found in particular that Sue delivers the essential psychological and theoretical framework that is at the core of delivering practical, day-to-day coaching focused on the client. Sue’s approach to coaching is deeply empathetic and yet is combined with a ready and gentle challenge to assumptions or pre-conceived approaches that require further exploration. The feedback in coaching practice I found deeply insightful in offering alternative approaches to clients and in raising my own self-awareness in what was happening within me as the Coach.”
“I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Rebecca on a 1-2-1 basis which has enabled me to self-reflect deeply in a safe space on my professional development and gain a new understanding of my motivations and learned behaviours that can both support and hamper my performance. The insight that Rebecca reflected back to me after the first session was astonishing and the sessions have provided lots of positive reinforcement and a framework to help me identify the changes I want to make. I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone who is wanting to make positive changes in their work and home life.”
