Rebecca and Sue have been training and developing coaches at post-graduate level for over 15 years. At the end of our programmes many of our participants say, ‘What’s next?’ and ‘How can I keep learning and developing?’. In response to these requests, we’ve put together an expanding and experiential development programme to continue your personal and professional journey as a coach. The programme combines theoretical inputs, coach practice, coach demos and reflective exercises.

All of this is set in an environment with other practitioners and experienced facilitators, as repeatedly we see how people learn in community.

We run our programmes in comfortable and relaxing venues with plenty of access to the great outdoors for a retreat style experience.

Taking Coaches Further is designed for experienced coaches who typically will have already completed an accredited programme (EMCC Practitioner, ILM Level 5 or equivalent). The most important qualifications for the programme however, are coaching experience and a willingness to develop
