Our EMCC Accredited Foundation Programme is our in-organisation coach training offering. We have developed hundreds of coaches in both public and sector organisations over the last 20 years. The programme is ideal for a variety of organisational needs; these include organisations wanting to develop a pool of inhouse coaches, and organisations wanting to support their managers to adopt a coaching approach. We bespoke this programme depending on the organisational needs.
Foundation programme delivered over 1×3 day workshop or 1×2 day workshop and 1×1 day workshop.
Foundation Plus programme delivered over 2×2 days workshops and a 1×1 day workshop.
We can run our Foundation programmes either in-person or remotely via Zoom.
