Sue and Rebecca, the owner-directors of the company, first worked together in 1993 in various HR and learning and development roles for Northern Foods plc. They became job-share partners in 1999 while both were managing the demands of work and new family commitments – between them they have seven sons – and they have worked together on various projects ever since. Sue founded Developing Success Ltd in 2006, and Rebecca joined her in the business in 2018.
As our name suggests, we’re passionate about developing successful individuals, teams and organisations through a coaching approach. Both Sue and Rebecca were trained by Peter Bluckert and went on to deliver coaching programmes under the banner of his organisation, PB Coaching (latterly Novum). They both teach on post-graduate programmes in business and executive coaching, coaching psychology and team coaching, in addition to their own EMCC accredited coaching programmes.
